Hi Jaap,
Thank you very much!
Glad you like it. Unfortunately no time to explore inside it. So many other nice things to see!

My dear Füsun,

Thank you so much for your very quick visit to this picture from our Turkish holiday!
We had just see 'Seven sleepers', and the nice farmer invited us to pick some pomegranate for ourselves! So, we had some nice pomegranate to share, and the view of the castle too!
Such a nice memory for us!

Love Peter

Thank you so much Steve,

I could not believe so many pomegranates.. They are about as common as apples are over here.! So why not frame the castle with them!

Well composed Peter! That is a beautiful castle and looks pretty much complete! A perfect place to eat the pomeganates! I still have not ever tried them.

Best regards, Rosa.

Hi Rosa,

Thank you so much for your kind visit here. The castle is pretty complete, but far less popular than the nearby remains of Ephesus. www.aroundtheworldl.com/2016/10/10/ephesus-ancient-ruins

Pomegranates are really nice and fun.. Here is a u-tube video I found of how to prepare them.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=WF7Yg3jXW1o
Just another tip, if you do it over a bowl of water, what you can eat sinks, the other bits float!

Enjoy!!

WOW!!!! The castle is straight out of a fantasy novel, it's just incredible! And that is the very first time I've ever seen a pomegranate growing in a tree! NEATO!!

Hi Janet,

Thank you so much for your kind words of praise!! I am so pleased that you are enlightened by the pomegranates!! I did look back at the original pictures to check, and they are all genuine, I didn't even photoshop any extra ones in there.

Best wishes
