A great action shot! I was caught by a wave like that in Southsea last year! Along with my sister and brother, we were drenched from head to toe! We couldn't stop laughing!!
Best wishes,
Rosa.
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneYour story is so nice! All of you get wet, and you are happy!!
For some reason I don't understand, the waves on the north side are much bigger than those on the south, and even though it wasn't so windy, there were some big waves, (and a lot not so big that didn't make the photo..)
At least I didn't get wet!!
Best Wishes

Rosalyn Hilborne has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubHave a good weekend....Rosa.
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to tiabunna clubI could not decide if the reef was natural or not, but it definitely took the impact of the big waves!

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Herb Riddle clubI am pleased that it brings back nice memories for you. I guess the island is so small that there can only be a couple of practicable tour routes, and this must be one of them!!

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to SteGlad you like it. I don't know if these blokes actually caught anything in the sea though..

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Roger (Grisly) clubThere was a big mix of waves here, so I must admit I waited for a big one!!
Pleased you enjoyed it

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Gudrun clubI am happy that you noticed! Perhaps the fish know to stay this side of the rocks to avoid the waves!
Best Wishes
