Thank you Rosa................my wife cooked it with some quorn pieces and pesto sauce and some cheese on top. It was delicious.

I couldn't decide between your two versions, both are fantastic! I don't think I ever had trottole, they look like sculptures! The colours are smashing- spinach (or basil?), tomato and plain, I suppose...

The packaging indicates it's made in Italy and the colours on the label are of the Italian flag..............but that could mean anything. :-)))
