Das ist schön,dass du solch einen tollen Kraftplatz im Wald hast lieber Keith,man bekommt im Wald immer sehr schöne Motive,im Hauptbild kommt diese Ruhe des Waldes mit dieser schönen Stimmung sehr schön rüber und deine Vollage mit den Pilzen ist richtig sehenswert :))

A fabulous main shot and I love your PiP showing the many varieties of fungi.
They are so fascinating! I notice them much more since I have seen so many on Ipernity.

The fungi were pretty late in appearing this year, but eventually I found lots of them.......I still have a lot of photos I haven't shown yet.........but I don't want to bore you all with them.

There were a lot about Colin......albeit quite late in the season. I have some more post yet, but will wait a while.

A wonderful shot, especially large! Well exposed and lots of lovely detail.
This is what a forest should look like, at least IMHO- no fir monoculture that kills off all undergrowth but decidious trees that let the light in!

Thank you Gudrun. The forest is very well managed. Lately though they've had to take down a lot of beech trees due to disease, but once the ground is cleared, other trees will be planted in due course.
