Tomato Moon

Tomato Moon
Also known as a Solanum Lycopersicum Moon....a rare phenomenon which only occurs once every two or three hundred years when the regular moon briefly changes it's appearance. I was lucky enough to be standing in my garden when it happened. It lasted for only a minute or so before it disappeared and I was left wondering if I'd been dreaming.

Have a good Friday everyone!

Man sieht genau den großen Mondfleck und die kleinen Krater ;-) Den Zeitpunkt, zwei Tage vor Vollmond, hast du sehr gut gewählt, Keith!

Indeed. I had quite a few very small ones in the garden that had no chance of ripening, so I thought I'd put this one to good use :-))

Thanks for the link..............I remember watching that a long time ago!
