Lose Yourself

LANGUAGE WARNING There’s no mention of “mom’s spaghetti” in the demo of Eminem’s (Marshall Mathers) “Lose Yourself” (Marshall Mathers – Jeff Bass – Luis Resto) but you will find lots of nonsense lyrics. The end product would be Eminem’s first chart topping release. According to Eminem the lyric was written while on the movie set during breaks in the filming.

The soundtrack to the 2002 film “8 Mile” gave the world the lead single and Oscar, Critic’s Choice Movie Award, MTV Award and Grammy winning “Lose Yourself” by Eminem who started in the film. The issue was number one in most of the western world.
