An absolute belter of a shot Herb...........the colours and the light are just sublime! Great to see the dogs and the walkers too - they're perfectly placed in the frame and really add to the autumnal feel of the image..!!

Hi Keith. Another to wet your appetite here and that is great. Our two parks both show the Autumn to its best as you can see here. I too liked this scene with the dog walkers as they add that bit of something extra as well as dimension. I did wit a few moments to let them get into the brighter part -but I took a few others for safety sake too. This being the best, I thought. Just demonstrates tat you need not go very far sometimes to get great natural photos (as you yourself know). Honored that you think this is one of the best you have seen of this years Autumn crop.

Yesterday we also had a wonderful autumn day Herb, but our trees still have much more leaves till now. This year we didn't have still autumn storms... It's wonderful outside!

I know what you mean Christien. It is wonderful to walk in woodland like this when the leaves are dropping on our heads with that musky smell and slight rustle of sound. Today, and last night we have had a lot of rain and wind and so the trees, of which we have some wonderful horse-chestnut with giant golden-bronze leaves, are dropping like, well - 'Autumn leaves'. Continue to enjoy yours.
