Geranium

Taken in my garden, just after watering (hence the water droplets). Please don't ask me what type of geranium this is.........there are so many different (and similar) varieties. I have several types in the garden and they are great for ground cover (the bees love them too). They come up year after year.

Thanks Roger............you're very kind as always. Yes, I had to get down on my knees for this one, my tripod was in the car and I couldn't be bothered to go and get it. Getting up is a bit of a struggle nowadays :-)))

I have these in my garden as well Keith. You have captured it beautifully with the water droplets. Yesterday was spent sorting the garden out. I brought a few flowers indoors that were broken off, but I haven't got your knack of still life photography.

I'm pleased you like this one Rosa............they're really lovely flowers, but spread alarmingly fast. I think we'll have to dig some out this year!

I hope you'll have a go at photographing some of the broken off flowers.............I'm sure you'll do an excellent job! Try floating one in a bowl of water and shoot it from above :-)
