I wish we lived nearer the sea. Lucky lady.

I'm very lucky Amelia.............I live about a 10 min drive to the sea or the countryside. Hayling Island is beautiful and one of my favourite places.

I sure do miss the sea! I get similar granite walking here to Cornish coasts but as I round a rocky corner, I automatically expect to see the sea below me. ... Alas not!! ...

As I said to Amelia (above), I'm lucky enough to get the best of both worlds Andy.

Getting a shot on a book cover would be nice............but unlikely :-))

Very atmospheric, Keith, the light gives it a brooding feel and the haze just adds to it. Simple and super, sometimes shots like this are the hardest to get right and you've nailed it.

Ich glaube auch,durch die Fotografie lernt man,dann sich Zeit und Geduld immer auszahlt lieber Keith,ich sitze auch immer gerne bei meinen Turm an der Drau draussen und höre nur auf die Geräusche um mich,wie du schreibst,es entspannt und man kommt runter :))
