Mint Moth

Such a tiny moth..........with a wingspan of only around 20mm.

I only had my 12-100mm lens with me, so not really equipped for macro. This is a pretty large crop but not too bad all things considered.

Glad you approve David, much appreciated.

I'm starting to notice that whenever I don't take a macro lens I need it (and vice versa). You can't win really...........but the 12-100 lens is a pretty good compromise if you only want to carry one lens (which I'm doing much more frequently)>

Im Vollbild sieht man,dass du eine perfekte Schärfe auf diesen kleinen Falter gelegt hast lieber Keith,da hast du ihn mit diesen ausgebreiteten Flügel sehr schön fotografieren können,eine feine Nahaufnahme ist das :))
