Hi Peter -not sure if you are being serious or not there, re the dates. I did indeed take this photo in February this year. We had in fact snow during the night too hence the snow-capped mountains. We like Spain in the mid Winter! Glad you liked the fence.

Hi Toz, Benidorm itself you either love or hate. We stayed over the nearby headlands (about 3-5 miles from Benidorm) and just a mile or so past the small town of Alltea which is quite beautiful, in fact a little gem. from Altea are mountains to walk and wonderful seascapes. We loved the next big town of Calpe, where I would not mind staying too.

That is a stunning view over the fence Herb! The mountains make a really majestic backdrop. I can see why the fence needs to be pretty sturdy..........that's a long drop!
