That was quick Nick. Yes a fine place indeed. I thought I really had a great shot here until I was looking up the name of the lake and then I could see just how beautiful it could look. Ah well, glad that you enjoyed it as it is.

An ace shot Herb! I love the colours in the foreground bracken and the island looks idyllic. The mountains of course make a wonderful backdrop.

Another one that's past your test Keith. A chance sighting of this, which afterwards I realised was one of the main photo-stops of these mountains. It looked even better 'live'.

Yes, the weather had been quite grey at the start of the day but I was happy with it here and as you say the clouds certainly add to it. Cheers, Herb

It reminds me a lot of a farm with a lake, near Maam Cross. There I was allowed to stand on the lake with my camper. Willi and Marthy (the farmers) have drunk my last Guinnes reserves, but I gladly gave it to them :-) Great Picture, Herb... friendly, Lothar

There were a couple of camper-vans taking advantage of the parking place, I suspect they were drinking their Guinness too. For me, just a short time for me here, with many things still to see. Glad you enjoyed this ~ Herbert
