Pathway to the Hills

Pathway to the Hills
A pathway leading into the countryside near Chalton in Hampshire, part of the South Downs National Park. It is so quiet and peaceful here that you'd never guess that this is only about half a mile from the busy A3M motorway!

If you have the time, please view large on black. Thanks for looking.

Love that winding lane, the curves of the contoured field slopes, the colours of a late summer's day - just glorious, Keith!

I love the gentle rolling hills of the south Keith. You have captured them so beautifully here and a great sky as well! When viewed large the path looks great, winding its way through the countryside. Sunday greetings.

The pathway makes a great lead in and contrast nicely with the lines in the harvest field, I like the rolling hills and the superb colours in this wonderful landscape, Keith,

A very attractive path. Interesting that the motorway is close, can you hear the traffic?
Keith Burton club has replied to Colin Ashcroft club
Thanks Colin..........glad you like it. I couldn't hear the traffic........but that means nothing "cos I'm deaf as a post and have to wear hearing aids :-)))

Seriously though, I don't think so, the A3M is shielded either side by high hedges and trees and where I was parked is quite a way downhill from it.

... I did have time - so I viewed on black :-)...... there's a lovely valley there with sweeping lines.. inviting one to continue walking - to see what's over the next hill of the track.. // Blimey ! I've just seen Gudruns' comment.. I didn't copy it honest !.... it just shows that we all think the same.. // Cheers and good wishes from Dj.
