Thank you very much Edna. ;-)}} How did you guess?!!! Well they were all spruced up in their finery and all pining to be the one to lift the crown (and of course have the privilege of hosting the fairy and turning on the Christmas tree lights). Although they were all excited they knew they could not sit on their laurels as they knew that for the winner it would be firs, firs, firs all the way, but there was no rowan and not a single beech to be heard. That is all you can ash for really!!
