Kingairloch and Camasnacroise sits on Loch a' Choire, It is fairly remote as it is 12 miles from the nearest settlement of Strontian. , Kingairloch Church is in the centre of the image.

For Those In Peril On The Sea

Fog Horn at Ardnamurchan Lighthouse on Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point in mainland Britain. In the distance can be seen the Small Islands of the Inner Hebrides The lighthouse itself was designed by Alan Stevenson, the uncle of Robert Louis Stevenson. It was manned by two lighthouse keepers, who supplemented their income and food supply by keeping cows and sheep on the surrounding land
Invermoriston Through Time

Invermoriston is situated on the West shore of Loch Ness about 7 miles from Fort Augustus.
The two bridges pictured here span the River and Falls of Moriston, the one at the back having been built by Thomas Telford in 1813. This was replaced by the one at the front in 1930.
