Wigtown Park (PiPs)

Wigtown, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland and people are enjoying the peace of the park. As Wigtown is Scotland's national book town I am sure they will have plenty of books available to read.
The PiPs show views of the park with the impressive Wigtown County Buildings and town hall in the background, The final PiP shows the Mercat Cross, the Scottish name for a market cross, which was erected in 1818 and is situated just outside of the park. It is the second such cross to be erected in this location, and was erected in 1818
I have added a song by Lene Marlin called 'Sitting Down Here'
