I could not decide between the two, so I posted both :) Ultimately, though, I just liked the composition and the golden colors of the last light on the main image just a tad more than the black and white. I will be interesting if other people give their preference in their comments. It's always fascinating for me to get the point of view of other photographers!

I prefer the colour one, but I'm not a huge fan of B&W if colour photography had been invented first no one would have thought that B&W was a great improvement. HFF I hope that your weekend is a pleasant one

Thank you, Peter. I do share the fascination of black and white for some images (must be my age ...), but this was a tough one. Also they are two different images, differently composed and it's a bit like comparing apples with oranges.
