Still Life..........Garlic

Taken in my garden in natural light on a table with a piece of white cardboard as a background. I have a wooden fence near my back door against which I place a small folding table and I can then attach the background to the fence with drawing pins. It only works when it's dry and sunny with no wind though.
There is another image in the PiP if you have time to look.
Funnily enough..........I didn't eat these immediately after the photo was taken :-)))

Keith Burton club has replied to Herb Riddle clubI think it's common knowledge that Her Majesty can't stand garlic, which throws chefs in Europe into total confusion! Personally I adore it but only if it's used correctly and not overdone! (For instance roast lamb isn't the same without garlic - and rosemary AND, of necessity, a good home made mint sauce!). Lamb is eaten here but it is younger than our lamb, tastes bland to me and only has a touch of rosemary as the traditional herb to cook with it and I think it definitely needs the garlic and the mint sauce too, but they look at me in horror when I suggest it as a possibility!
Sorry, back to the shot, which is a good one!
Keith Burton club has replied to Andy Rodker clubI also like garlic........but I'm afraid I can't comment on it's use with lamb............I haven't eaten meat for nearly 30 years.
Keith Burton club has replied to Ulrich John clubThey say garlic is good for you, but unfortunately it upsets my stomach. I still like your two shots though ;-))
Have a good and sunny weekend.
Keith Burton club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneThe weekend (and next couple of weeks) are looking very sunny and warm........but no rain on the horizon.
I'm in the process of changing from my very old iMac computer to a new 16" Macbook Pro laptop. It's quite a difficult process as I've not been very good at digital housekeeping and the files on the iMac are in a right mess :-))) Getting there though and should be able to finish off over the weekend. Hopefully, I won't have to have any downtime so can keep posting.
