where the window used to be
In a restored building a window was closed off but the corniche was left in place. A nearby tree added a color matching, graceful wreath to complete the minimalist composition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know what works in my photos, Old Owl. But I am afraid we are going to have a contest between who blushes redder, old owls or old Mugello hens (Mugello is a mountainous area close to Florence and Mugello hens are what Italians call Cornish hens) :D
