Explanation:- This is the same place as www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/50180640 , but after a lot of rain. It is a double exposure with the bridge girders in the middle of the picture, and camera upside down for the second shot. Hence prominent are the reflections of the bridge fence in the water, one of which is rotated, and the real bridge across the middle.
