Thank you so much for sharing the time at Ramsbottom station with me. This was actually a train of dining cars full of people enjoying their lunch!! As you know, we try and pick the spots with the most steam! I guess I got it right on this day!

As I said to Steve, this train was a bit of a surprise. The lady in the booking office muttered some thing about an extra train, but when I asked a different gentleman on the station, he didn't mention it. Hence a quick run to make the best of the situation!
