I am so happy that you like the scene.
You are right, times have changed from when all the lads in the street settled their differences and built a big bonfire on the bomb site on the street corner, nicking wood from the equivalent pile on the nest road!

I am pleased you found it interesting.
I tried a few different ISO in the range of 1000 to 10,000, which required different shutter speeds (obviously!). The effect you get depends on the shutter speed.. Remember that you are photographing an explosion!

You have done a great picture!
It is not easy to take picture of fireworks for me. I tried this on the rebublic day a few weeks ago. The result was not good.. Maybe next time...
