Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Sarah O' clubThank you so much!
This was from the same weekend as www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49295848 and www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49364454 . In this case the little girl seemed very happy to be dressed up, and visiting the windmill with her parents!
Best wishes

As I said to Sarah, this was from the same medieval weekend as www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49295848 and www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49364454 . The buildings on the site are all genuine historic, not not neccesserily medieval. In the case of this windmill, you are right about the sails, they do come very low to the ground, but I guess they didn't have elf n safety back then!
Best wishes
Peter
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Nick Weall clubVery interesting observation! Thank you!
But I do wonder if the people have gone back a lot more than the mill, and so are maybe looking into the future..
Best Wishes
Peter
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Amelia clubInteresting interpretation!!!
Of course they could be coming t see him to celebrate some joyous occasion!!
May be the little girls birthday or something!

Best regards, Rosa.
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneGlad you like it. This is a 'living museum' with many old buildings on site, from all different places and ages. The dressing up game is part of a medieval weekend, as I said to Sarah and Steve above.
Best wishes

The vivid costumes of the day were great fun, although the weather could have been better.
