We have seen much nicer beaches than this! Sadly, no golden sands here.
Perhaps not the nicest place to spend a sunny day!
Best Wishes, (slightly late) HFF, and a Good Weekend,

Bit of a contrast between the old sea port and town of Harwich, and the modern container port across the water.

There is a lot about this I did not understand. The posts are not vertical, they lean alternate ways. There was no sign of what was ever there. With no sand or beach, why even have a fence?
Best Wishes, (slightly late) HFF, and a Good Weekend,
Peter

Felixtowe is our largest modern container port, while Harwich is a very old seafaring town. Maybe there was a beach year many years ago..

I have no clue as to what this was, or why it existed, (as I have said to a couple of people above).
Maybe it was never a fence, since the posts are alternately out of line.. And why get excited about a beach with no sand!
Best Wishes, (slightly late) HFF, and a Good Weekend,
Peter
Karen's Place club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubPerhaps it exists just to give us a mystery. ;-)
HFF have a great weekend
