David you honour me when you say you could see this hanging on a wall. I had this originally on Panoramio . I've seen the spot a few tomes since I took this but never got another quite as good.

Haha, I know well that you knew this tree too and in fact have the exact same viewpoint but this is slightly wider. Just a matter of opinion as to which might be better as yours is a cracker too. This is an awesome image Herb............I love the way you've composed it and the detail is absolutely superb. I really like the shape of the silhouetted tree and that long stone dry wall. The colour palette is gorgeous.

A very dramatic sky too............with an interesting glimpse of the distant peak! Top notch 10/10.

An image you either love or hate Keith. Rather pleased that you are in the 'love' section. An oldie for me here but its a spot I know very well (Like Toz does too). The secret is in being to capture and portrait it like this. The weather and time is key and the photographer has a little input perhaps and a bit of post processing helps a little too :) Cheers for the accolade.
