Iles St Margarete, an Island of tranquillity
Cannes, France is not known for its quiet and solitude, rather its extravagant super yachts and film festival but just a few minutes away on the ferry we have this Island. A most wonderful island full of blissful shorelines and bays along with 370 acres of forest filled with umbrella pines and eucalyptus trees plus a network of cool walking paths.

A gorgeous coastal landscape Herb. The bit of driftwood in the foreground anchors the frame nicely and the rocks draw the eye neatly along the beach. The trees are really beautiful and the sky is gorgeous. Such an idyllic spot!
