A promise of better weather tempts us to do a highland walk from the Scottish village of Kingussie. For those who love fishing, this Loch is stocked and I believe boat hire is available -not that we saw any fishermen nor boats.

A bit of a dull day Herb, but you've got some great definition in the sky and the light reflected on the loch is lovely. I especially like the earthy colours in the landscape.

Yes, the best of the sun had already been and gone when I took this, but it was a fine walk especially with those ancient trees on the way. Glad you likes it all the same.

I hope you also got to walk / drive along the road to Ruthven Barracks at Kingussie too for a few shots ?
