The Glenfinnan Viaduct

A view of this famous viaduct in misty wet weather. Quite different from my previous trip here. The piece of high land that I am standing on here is quite often packed with photographers in the Summer months when ' The Highlands West Coast special' steam train is running over this.

Regards TOZ.
Such a monumental structure and yet it fits perfectly into the landscape, especially in this misty weather. The diffused light is perfect for this image and viewed large there's still a surprising amount of detail visible. Great job Herb.
A cracking images in the PiP and the comments too, I especially like the ones with the steam train in shot.
I stood a bit lower Glenfinnan
Have a good day ~ Rosa.
