Going downtown for the night

Not too long after sunset this evening, I was trying to get a picture of the moon but the moon was behind the trees and then behind the clouds, when I saw these, the gulls who spend their days out in suburban parks (looking to be fed no doubt) but who were headed downtown.
They spend their nights downtown.
Carousing.
Doing the avian version of a few beer and maybe a line.
Maybe getting lucky.
Know what they're like, right?
Gulls.
