Northern Pygmy-owl

I believe this is my last but one photo of the tiny Northern Pygmy-owl that I can post. It was such a delightful little owl to photograph and, though it (or a different one) is seen in the park every once in a while, I'm not getting down there to see if I can find it. Really, it is rather pointless to go in search of it - imagine trying to find a fist-sized, popcan-sized bird in the whole of a park, lol? When I do get out, I go to enjoy the walk and take any winter shots of anything that I like, not search for the owl. I was lucky this day, as the owl was perched on an open branch for a while. As always, this is 18x zoomed and very heavily cropped. When you look at this photo, you are seeing the bird at roughly life-size. Thank you for showing yourself that day, little owl!
Was up all night (literally, as it was around 7:30 a.m. this morning when I finally fell into bed and slept for just a few hours!), seeing to extremely urgent e-mails that had to be sent to England. The 7-hour time difference complicates things greatly : ) I had hoped to wake up this afternoon and find that spring had arrived, lol, but no, our deep-freeze continues ... sigh. It got down to windchill -34C last night. Stay warm, everyone!
Can anyone answer a question for me? I have to get a copy of my Passport and a utility bill to send to England as proof of my identity. I was instructed to get it "countersigned by a local Attorney". I would so appreciate it if someone is able to tell me what kind of Lawyer (?) I need to find to do this. Thanks!
