One Girl Went to Mow - Went to Mow A Meadow

Uploaded for the Vintage Photos Theme Park theme of: TAKING CARE OF THE HOUSE AND YARD
Long ago, a young girl does her bit to keep the house and yard tidy.
What looks at first like an almost impossible task is a little deceiving, as the photo has been taken from the meadow - but the actual lawn area around the house is much smaller.
The title is taken from a traditional English song, with Girl substituted for Man.
"One man went to mow, went to mow a meadow,
One man and his dog, went to mow a meadow"
Two men went to mow (etc)
When I was little (actually for years) I thought they were going to a place called "Mowamedow" - little town girl that I was!
This is a glass plate negative, found in New York state.
