What a wonderful composition here!! Germany flags against to blue sky,,,
And an important building of German history!!
Thanks for having shared this!
(The Neo-Renaissance building was designed by Paul Wallot and was completed in 1894.
By the 1970s it had undergone partial restoration and became a museum of German history.
More extensive restoration and renovation took place, under the direction of British architect Sir Norman Foster, after the reunification of West and East Germany in 1990. The building’s huge glass dome, once its most recognizable feature, was rebuilt.
After the restoration was completed, the Reichstag became one of Berlin’s most prominent tourist attractions, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.)

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to gezginruh clubThank you so much for visiting this picture, and digging out the information on the architects.
We should also add to the story that the building was almost totally destroyed in the war, as picture 43 of this link shows.. www.theatlantic.com/photo/2011/10/world-war-ii-the-fall-of-nazi-germany/100166
Obviously been rebuilt several times in its life!!!
Yes, certainly an important part of German history!!

What lovely framing. The building and the two flags against the cloudy sky look great!
Best regards, Rosa.
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneThank you so much! I must agree that the bright colours of the German flag do look well against this old stone building. I am glad you like it.
Best wishes
Peter
