Thank you so much for your very kind words here. As you know I had gone looking to make a nice picture of the viaduct, perhaps a place to return to when steam engines are running...
It was also a nice empty field, with a big tree to sit under!

I didn't see the Fat Controller though, perhaps he was too busy eating his breakfasts, or maybe he is visiting a brother in North Korea somewhere.

Oh, you did find her! This is wonderful. I'll have to share this link with my son. He'll really like it. There's nothing like those sweet childhood memories. I've saved all his trains for when he has his own child. :)

I too have a whole collection of model trains which I have saved. Maybe one day another special young child will come into this world and enjoy them.........
