I am so pleased that you have enjoyed this. I know that castles like this just don't exist in America. Generally they were built in places where it was easy to defend the site against invaders, so cliff tops were a good choice!

I am pleased that you like the picture.Down to the beach would have been nice too, but it was not possible. If I were able to stay longer, I could have tried some more possibilities in different light, but as always with holidays, time was short!
