The rules say that you must be at least 2 metres away from the rails. In this case the rails are up on an embankment, and there is nowhere near 2 metres space at the side. He should not have been there!! As you know, I had a special pass to go on the railway, but even this did not cover going up here. It is simply not allowed!! Some people have no common sense!!

As i said to Steve, the open drain cocks were to deter the trespasser, but it does add to the picture, I think!!
