Peter_Private_Box club has replied to SteThank you so much for your quick visit, and keen observation.. There are however a couple of points here.. The wheels are what the parking laws relate to, not the body, and the wheels are clearly outside of the double lines. Then the more practical point of what registration number to write on the ticket!!
