It is a pity, but I do not suppose many people come here by train any more.. There is a big bus station, but maybe just no customers for cafes and things... At least I didn't see any delinquent youths with backward baseball caps and falling down trousers making it worse!

Of course you are right, the market square had all kinds of nice clean buildings and cafes, even open on Sunday morning!

There were some strange views there... Yes the first thing a visitor sees is always important .

But of course Quedlinburg was really wonderful!
