Andy Rodker club has replied to Dimas Sequeira clubA good holiday spent there in 2016 as I was recovering from leukaemia. 2 weeks based first in Salamanca and then in Puerta de Bejar in a superb casa rural. We travelled all over the Sierra de Francia, Las Huedes, Las Batuecas, Valley of the Jerte, etc etc. Superb countryside. In fact, I have known this area since 1981 (my sister got married in 1983 in the church at Cabazuela del Valle - my brother-in-law is therefore Estremadurian!). My girlfriend is also fond of the area so a holiday here to aid my recovery was a no-brainer!
