Splendid, Andy. Didn't know tulips could have been wild one day ...

I've posted a couple on ipernity and all of them on pano, Eric. I try to catch them but they only flower for a couple of days at midsummer and on the very hottest of days and only for an hour or so! I once stupidly decided to do a circular walk in the reverse way to my normal route only to realise I passed them an hour or two too early! Also if I can only get out at weekends (often the way, June is exam time for my students!), I can easily miss them for another year! It's a shame but the best time for plants in the mountains outside Madrid coincides with my busiest time of year and some years I don't manage to get to the mountains at this time at all! :o(
For example, this is a shot from 06/13 and I haven't seen them open since! But i've tried every year!
