Andy Rodker club has replied to ROL/Photo clubFirst of all, I should say that it has a spectacular presence from the main road north of Madrid. I first saw it when travelling with my school French exchange partner after visiting my sister in Madrid and returned this way back to France. The Sierra was so stunning that we stopped and spent a day climbing all over it (we were seasoned rock-climbers in 1981!).
I then forgot all about it until 30 years later I returned to work in Madrid and re-discovered it when I joined a walking group. Then the memories all came flooding back!
I spent a few years walking here at the weekends and getting to know just about every path and rock!.
Rol,
Nouchet,
