Swans and ducks are not afraid of the heat!

That's probably because they are in the cool water most of the time!

One to bring a huge smile to my face Keith!! I love the way they can contort their necks! You did a good job in bright sunlight. The swan still has some brown feathers, so quite young. I also love the rippling reflection.

Yesterday was a bit too hot for me, but my car passed its MOT, so a good day all round really.

I know you love swans Rosa............so I'm pleased you like this one. There were loads of them around that day and I had to restrain myself from taking too many photos.

Yesterday was very hot here too.........we only popped out for lunch and spent the rest of the day at home. Today was a gardening day and lunch at my oldest daughter's house tomorrow for Father's Day.

Sorry to hear that your husbands recovery is going to be a long process, but I'm sure you'll both get through it OK.

As for photos, I'm guessing you'll have plenty to photograph in your garden and locally..........and this could be your change to try some table-top photography. I'm positive you'll think of lots of ideas.

I don't seem to have the knack of table-top photography Keith, but I'll try.
I have to make a quick trip to Sturminster Newton tomorrow, so may get a few quick snaps there.
