Silver thaw

This was a couple of hours ago, when I dropt my wife off at work and saw
this scene as I drove back.
When the temperature hovers around zero and the surafce is a little colder
than the falling rain, you get this kind of ice-build. Roundabout here,
it's most often known known as "silver thaw." I expect many local areas
have other poetic names for it, since it is so strikingly pretty to see.
