Solche Gedenkbänke habe ich allerdings schon öfters hier gesehen.

Hier kenne ich solche parkbänke, die von leuten (oder auch firmen) gestiftet wurden. Da ist dann an der rückenlehne ein kleines schild angebracht mit namen und datum.

Ja genauso hier auch. Aber es sind auch Privatpersonen, die wie hier in dem Fall jemanden würdigen wollen.
