You can see many palm trees in Brittany, as well as fig trees, mimosa and other exotic plants.The warm golf stream in the Atlantic ensures that the average annual temperatures are around 5-8°C higher than elsewhere on the same geographical width (especially in the Breton coastal area). This means that in Brittany the winters are mild and the temperatures mostly over 0°C.
