Superb! ... but I can't help remembering those poor Chinese cockle gatherers from a number of years back every time I see or hear a reference to the tides in this bay!.

As I said to Isabel, I had passed the same spot a couple of hours earlier, and they were all floating. Perhaps pictures like this will serve as a reminder that the tide here comes and goes very quickly indeed. I didn't see any other warnings along the beach... which is a shame.
