This is in a public park, along with several other large industrial museum pieces.
I suppose a coat of paint would be a good idea though!

I am pleased you found it interesting.
Little industrial locomotives like this are quite plentiful as 'non working', and very difficult to scrap because of all the asbestos boiler lagging!
As I said to Sarah, a coat of paint would be a good idea!
