Your visit is most welcome. Thank you.
I'm pleased that you have enjoyed it!
Of course the scene is exactly the same in 1900. The railway has been there a very long time!
Best Wishes, and a good week ahead,
Peter
looks like you have been on the locomotive during the ride.
When watching the Ytube video again, a found a scene that made me smile. At Minffordd station I discovered a couple taking pictures and at first I thought that might be a Seward Johnson sculpture :-)

At the end of the railway stop - suddendly both were standing there in just the same pose as before -really like Seward Johnson sculptures.
I made 2 screen shots of these funny moments and posted it here:

You can have fun in watching the video at 45:20 and 46:10 ; )
Thank you for posting this pair of pictures.
Sorry it's a little late, but I have now visited both.
This behaviour is in fact quite common!.
Best wishes
Peter
[polite nicknames, when being less than well behaved they have others !]
Nicely composed shot and vibrant colours.
Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
I am so happy that you like the snow scene.
As you say, it is rare in the Porthmadog area, but nice to take advantage of!
Best Wishes, a good weekend, and keep safe!!
Peter
