Peter,what a fantastic shot of this wise old owl! Its got YOU in its focus !! What a contrast between the fluffy belly and that grassy looking back!! Isn't Mother Nature awesome, look how those eyes are centered perfectly in that round "saucer" of brown feathers !! great photo !!

Thank you so much! However, I suspect that he has flown well away.. As I said to Nick, he was in Nene Valley station waiting room!! (Along with a reindeer and some other animals..)
