Crime caught on camera - Clipboard scammer at work!!

Hi Steve,

Thank you for taking note. There was a gang of quite a few of them about the place, and they all had the same way of holding their left fingers over the final column. I do suspect that most of the signatures have come from the other gang members. This scam is so well publicized that I do wonder how people can be daft enough to even give them the time of day.
As for this one, after pretending to be deaf mute, she couldn't object to the picture without blowing her cover!
