Dendrobium christyanum


I've decided to post some pictures of my orchids, especially of those that have recently been blooming, and this is one of them, Dendrobium christyanum from China, Thailand and Vietnam. It belongs to a group of Dendrobium that have plants and leaves covered with short black hairs. The plant is a few inches tall and the flowers an inch. The photo below is of the same species but a different plant. There is another photo and a more detailed description at the link below.
